ESEC, LLC understands that the dynamics of education are changing. Everyone is busy, overloaded, stretched for time, and functioning on limited travel time and shrinking budgets. In an effort to alleviate some of these stressors and still promote a high quality learning experience, we are evaluating the need for virtual classrooms.
First, I'm sure some of you are asking, What is a "Virtual Classroom"?
Virtual Classrooms differ from traditional classrooms in only one way...you look in through the window! Ok, that window being the window on your computer screen. That is it!!!
Now mind you, I didn't say on-line training...I said virtual classroom.

On - Line Training
Pre-recorded and played back anytime you want
Programs differ as to whether they allow you to skip forward, back up, pause, or stop the presentation.
Usually handout material and test are not included.
Unable to ask questions and get real time answers
No discussions among students.
No moderator or instructor to ensure the student is paying attention.

Live Training presented by a LIVE instructor and viewed on your home computer.
No waiting in line during restroom breaks.
Can be recorded for later review

Complete test and surveys in real time just like you were sitting at your desk.
Open discussions just like sitting in a traditional classroom.
