A small applet may need to be installed to run our software.  When connected you should see a window that says "Waiting for Organizer".  You are set!  You can log out and join your class at the scheduled time.

System Requirements:


For PC Users:

  • Internet Explorer 7.0, Mozilla Firefox 4.0, Google Chrome 5.0 (Java Enabled) or the latest version of each browser.
  • Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, or 2003 Server
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better
  • Dual-Core 2.4 GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM

For Mac Users:

  • Safari 3.0, Firefox 4.0, Google Chrome 5.0 (Java Enabled) or the latest version of each browser.
  • Mac OS X 10.6 - Snow Leopard or newer
  • Intel processor (1GB RAM or better)
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better

For Tablet, iPhone, or Android users:

  • GoToWebinar App (free)
  • WiFi connection recommended

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast internet connection, a microphone and speakers.  (A USB headset is recommended)

Dial-in Audio is also available.

Our Virtual Classroom Environment is a connection between our instructors and your computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.  Everything is streamed live via the internet as it happens.  This means you (the student) can see the instructor, slides, videos, whiteboard, and handout material as it happens.  You can interact with group questions (polls) just as if you were sitting in class.  If you have a question you simply raise your hand (by clicking the hand icon) and when called upon ask your question via your microphone.  If you don't have a microphone just type your question in the question box and we will get to it. Classroom interaction from wherever you are, that is our goal.
